Our goal in the Planning Department is to
provide the very best service possible to the citizens
and visitors of Taney County within the the
requirements of the Development Guidance Codes and
policies set by the County Commission, Planning
Commission and Board of Adjustment. The Statutory
Authority for Taney County's form of Planning and
Zoning is based on RSMo 64.800.
This office is responsible for the issuance of permits
for the development of land, construction of structures
and the review and approval of any subdivision of land.

Land Disturbance Permit | All Non-Agricultural Land Disturbance Exceeding One (1) Acre |
