All visitors must produce an approved form of identification before being allowed to visit. Approved forms of identification: |

Other than these types of identification admittance into visitation is at the discretion of the shift supervisor |

Visitors under 16 must be accompanied by their legal guardian to visit. The guardian will be counted as one of the three allowed visitors. |

At 10 minutes before visitation time ends, no more visits will be allowed to start. |

II |
DENIAL OR TERMINATION OF A VISIT |

A visit may be denied or terminated and visiting privileges suspended under the following circumstances: |

Visitor(s) under the influence of drugs or alcohol |
 |
 |
 |
2 |
Insufficient space available in the visitation facility |
 |
 |
 |
3 |
Refusal by a visitor to submit to search procedures |
 |
 |
 |
4 |
Refusal or failure to produce an approved form of identification |
 |
 |
 |
5 |
Falsifying identification by a visitor |
 |
 |
 |
6 |
Violation of rules by a visitor. |
 |
 |
 |
7 |
Failure to prevent children from disturbing other people in the visiting area |
 |
 |
 |
8 |
Inappropriate display of affection or sexually suggestive activity |
 |
 |
 |
9 |
A visitor with visible body markings or jewelry that by its nature would promote or cause adverse reactions because of racial, ethnic, or religious beliefs will not be permitted to remain in the jail’s general public area, inside or outside of the jail. |

Apparel that is inappropriate and /or excites the senses |

Repeated violations of any of the above standards may result in the denial of visiting for an extended period of time. |
